Rick began his career at Davis & Young and became a lawyer in 1973. He has litigated a variety of negligence cases, product liability suits, intentional tort claims, asbestos lawsuits, malpractice cases and insurance coverage disputes. He is actively involved in assisting clients in their training and seminar programs.
Rick is a member of the Cleveland, Akron, Cuyahoga and Ohio State Bar Associations, the Cleveland Association of Civil Trial Attorneys and the Defense Research Institute. For several years, Rick has been a member of the firm's Executive Committee and has significantly contributed to shaping the firm and its work with new clients.
Born in Youngstown, Rick received his B.A. from DePauw University in 1970, and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1973.
