Bill has been a member of the firm since 1988. He represents businesses, insurance companies and their policyholders in accident-related, personal injury litigation. He handles serious injury cases, including wrongful death, complicated orthopaedic trauma and psychological injury claims.
Bill was a law clerk to the Honorable John T. Patton, Ohio Court of Appeals. He is a former Assistant Cuyahoga County Prosecutor in the criminal division where he handled all manner of felony prosecutions. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan and Ohio State Bar Associations, the Cleveland Association and Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys and the Defense Research Institute.
Born in Lakewood, Ohio, Bill received his B.S. from Bowling Green State University in 1976 and his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1981. |
