Pat has been an attorney for 24 years. He joined the firm in 1993 with 7 years of experience in defense litigation and 12 years of experience as a prosecutor for the City of Cleveland, Cuyahoga County and the City of Westlake. As a prosecutor, he tried virtually every type of criminal case from homicides to disorderly conduct. As a practicing civil attorney, Pat has successfully tried serious injury cases, intellectual property cases and employment cases. He also counsels several municipalities who seek his expertise in municipal law issues gained from 8 years of experience serving as the law director for the City of Fairview Park.
Pat is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Association of Civil Trial Attorneys. He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute.
Born and raised in Cleveland, Pat received his B.B.A. from Hofstra University in 1972, and his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1976.
