Mike joined the firm in 1999 with 10 years of experience in practicing law with the firm of Meyers, Hentemann & Rea. Prior to his law career, he was a broadcast journalist for 20 years in Boston, New York, Atlanta and Cleveland. Today, Mike typically represents insurance companies and their insureds and is actively involved in coverage issues.
He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, The Cleveland Bar Association and Cleveland Association of Civil Trial Attorneys. In the past few years he has been involved in the defense of the constitutionality of Ohio's UM/UIM statute and application of the statute in several wrongful death cases before the Ohio Supreme Court.
In 1967, he received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and in 1985, he received his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. |
