A member of the firm since 1996, Dave has been practicing law since 1987. Dave's practice areas encompass complex litigation involving a broad range of general liability claims including products liability, premises liability, wrongful death and employer intentional tort litigation. Additionally, Dave's activities also include a variety of insurance-related matters including UM/UIM coverage disputes, bad faith litigation and coverage analysis.
Dave is a member of the Cleveland, Akron and Ohio State Bar Associations, the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys and the Defense Research Institute.
Dave received his B.A. from Kent State University in 1984 and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1987. |
