In 2005, Jack merged his practice with Davis & Young and became the managing partner of the firm's new Youngstown/Warren office located in Vienna, Ohio. He has more than 20 years of litigation and related experience in the courts in northeast Ohio, though he practices primarily in the eastern counties of Trumbull, Mahoning, Ashtabula and Columbiana.
In 1998, Jack started his own firm in Warren and continued his practice concentrating on civil and insurance defense litigation, including serious personal injury, wrongful death and employer's intentional tort cases and uninsured/underinsured claims. Jack also has significant experience advising insurers regarding and litigating coverage issues and cases.
Jack was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1984. He is also admitted to practice before the Federal Courts in Ohio and the U.S. Supreme Court. Jack is a member of the Trumbull County, Ohio State and American Bar Associations, as well as the Ohio Association of the Civil Trial Attorneys and the Defense Research Institute.
Born in Canton, Ohio, Jack received his B.A. in political science from Miami University and his J. D. from Case Western University School of Law. |
