Beverly joined our firm in 2005 after working as a Staff Attorney for Judge Janet R. Burnside of the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court. Her practice includes all types of personal injury and property damage claims, including claims involving motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, residential and commercial construction defects, insurance coverage, and examinations under oath.
Beverly is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan and Ohio State Bar Associations. She was listed as a 2010 "Ohio Rising Star" by Super Lawyers. Beverly is also admitted in the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.
Beverly received her B.A. from Baldwin-Wallace College, magna cum laude, in 1998. She received her J.D./M.B.A. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2001, and received the CALI Excellence For The Future Award, Business Enterprises, in addition to a Law Fellows Scholarship. She ranked in the top 92 percentile on the 2002 Ohio Bar Exam.
