Roni joined the firm in 2008 in an “Of Counsel” capacity. She has over ten years of litigation experience, and has litigated insurance coverage and bad faith cases in both Ohio and California. She received her B.A. degree in 1989 from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her J.D. in 1995 from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, CA. During law school, Roni clerked for the California Attorney General’s Office licensing division, and clerked for two Los Angeles County Superior Court judges.
She is a member of both the Ohio State Bar and the California State Bar; the Cleveland Bar Association’s Litigation and Women in the Law Sections; the Ohio Bar Association; is a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s deposition training program, and is a co-author of “Uninsured Motorist Claims: An Overview,” prepared for the national Defense Research Institute’s annual extra-contractual liability seminar in Atlanta, Georgia (1998). |
