David W. Orlandini has significant litigation experience in such areas as personal injury, insurance defense, insurance coverage, fire loss cases, product liability, railroad litigation, consumer law claims, real estate matters, landlord-tenant disputes, and business and commercial litigation. Since his graduation from Capital University Law School in 1995, David has been a civil trial lawyer. He represents clients before all state courts in Ohio and before the United States District Courts. He has lectured attorneys, Judges and paralegals at numerous seminars on such topics as trial preparation, discovery, litigation management and recent changes in Ohio law.
Mr. Orlandini proudly serves on the Board of Governors of the Ohio State Bar Association Litigation Section. He is also a member of the product liability committee of the Defense Research Institute, the Columbus Bar Association Real Property Section and the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys. |
