The Appellate Practice Group is composed of lawyers with extensive trial and appellate experience who frequently handle cases throughout Ohio's state and federal appellate courts. The lawyers of the Appellate Practice Group work in tandem with Davis & Young's trial lawyers to identify, preserve and protect issues necessary to prevail on appeal and have been involved in some of the most significant cases in modern Ohio history.
